- Guest, Ken Russell is the founder of ISDN-Net, the largest independent ISP in Tennessee, serving 87 counties, 3,000 businesses, 900,000 Public School Students, 65,000 Public School Teachers. He also operates the three largest Community Data Centers in the state, Nashville Regional Exchange Point, Digital Crossing Knoxville and a new facility in Memphis. Community Harbor is a new venture, designed to help municipalities and county governments across the country build out Community Data Centers and Gigabit Ethernet networks for both business and residential users in those communities.
